Bug Orchid Orchis coriophora (Height to 25cm) Distinctive orchid. Leaves are narrow, fresh green and mainly basal. Flowers have a hood and are mostly pinkish-brown; lip is usually dark-spotted and sometimes tinged green. Flowers are borne in a dense spikes, March-May, and smell musky. Grassy places and maquis.
