SPANISH CATCHFLY Silene otites (Height to 80cm) is an upright annual that is stickily hairy at the base. The flowers are greenish yellow with narrow, divided petals; they are borne in clusters on spikes (Jun-Sep). This classic Breckland species occurs at a few sites in the region but is often nibbled by Rabbits.
