FLOWERS are 20-30mm across with bright yellow petals; solitary or in clusters of up to 3 flowers (Jun-Sep). FRUITS are dry capsules. LEAVES are short, narrow and stalked. STATUS-Local and rare in N England, Scotland and Ireland.
