STRAPWORT Corrigiola litoralis (Prostrate) is a low-growing plant found on the drying margins of Slapton Ley in south Devon. The leaves are greyish green and blunt, and the flowers are tiny, whitish and borne in clusters (Jun-Sep). Strapwort is an ephemeral plant, appearing in good numbers in some years but seemingly absent in others.
