LADY’S-MANTLE Alchemilla vulgaris agg. (Rosaceae) Height to 30cm. Grassland perennial. Aggregate of several native species, and the familiar herbaceous border ornamental A.mollis. FLOWERS are yellowish green and borne in flat-topped clusters (May-Sep). FRUITS are dry and papery. LEAVES are rounded and palmately lobed; leaf shape variation used to separate aggregated species.
